Get Help. Golden Friends.

Having spent a lifetime in the service of others it’s only right that those over 60 working in or retired from the hospitality industry receive our support as they navigate the challenges that getting older sometimes brings.

Our Golden Friends scheme provides an opportunity for eligible employees and retirees to stay connected and keep up-to-date with what’s happening around the charity and around the wider industry too. The scheme also offers access to a range of support services in times of need, including ‘in the moment’ wellbeing support via our dedicated GF helpline and financial hardship grants* and telephone befriending support for anyone requiring a regular chat on the telephone with one of our dedicated volunteers.
