Earlier this week on Monday 12 October, nine exceptional chefs came together for an incredible evening of exquisite food at our glittering Winter Chefs' Dinner at Pan Pacific London.
We're delighted to announce that this most spectacular fundraising gala raised an incredible £88,000!
A heartfelt thank you to our gold sponsor American Express and silver sponsors Allan Reeder and BioVate Hygienics for making the evening possible. The drinks reception was kindly sponsored by No3 Gin, Champagne Claudia Cherki and Hallgarten & Novum Wines, and the drinks during the meal graciously sponsored by Belu and Hallgarten & Novum Wines.

Alongside the incredible chefs who joined us for the evening, we extend our heartfelt thanks to La Bottega Collective, for the goodie bag content, and to Agilysys for generously sponsoring our lottery, which gave five lucky winners and their guests the chance to attend. We're also deeply grateful to Andaz London Liverpool Street for providing a beautifully paired overnight stay, and to the dedicated Red Carnation Hotels team members who kindly volunteered their time to support the event.
The evening also celebrated three annual award categories. Our 2026 Supporter of the Year Award honours an individual who has shown exceptional dedication to Hospitality Action, going above and beyond in their support. We were delighted to present this award to Sean Wheeler. Sean has played a vital role in the success of Walk for Wellbeing, making a lasting difference through his dedication to Hospitality Action. As an Ambassador, Sean is a true Hospitality Action champion.
The Corporate Supporter of the Year Award was presented to The Belfry Hotel and Resort who have shown outstanding dedication through both fundraising and active engagement with the charity. In May 2026 they hosted an extraordinary golf day for the second time, raising an incredible £48,000. Not to mention taking part in Walk for Wellbeing, generously donating prizes and consistently looking for new ways to support our work.
Meanwhile, the William Baxter Outstanding Contribution Award was presented to EAP members Green & Fortune in recognition of their outstanding and ongoing commitment to the charity, from raising funds at their annual St Patrick’s Day party to hosting events and keeping Hospitality Action firmly at the heart of their organisation.

Big thanks to the team at Pan Pacific London - including the chefs and the Events, Conference, and Banqueting teams for creating a spectacular dining experience.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the evening’s fundraising. Your support will make a meaningful difference to hospitality people facing challenging times, helping us provide vital financial and emotional assistance when it’s needed most.
