Blog. Walk for Wellbeing: Supporting Mental Health Across Hospitality.

September 29, 2025 | Author Sophie Dodsworth

Our annual Walk for Wellbeing is more than just a walk in the park - it’s a vital movement supporting mental and physical health in the hospitality industry. In one of our latest wellbeing seminars exclusive for our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) subscribers, we explored the power of walking to reduce stress, improve mood, and foster genuine connection across our sector.

Hosted by Alex Webb, the session featured expert insights from Dr Neesha Patel, Health Psychologist and founder of Evoking Health, alongside Victoria Marshman, General Manager at The Lowry Hotel Manchester and City Host for Walk for Wellbeing.

Whether you’re already walking with us or just curious about getting involved, these highlights from the session explain everything you need to know about Walk for Wellbeing and how it supports the health of hospitality teams across the UK.
