Taking the Temperature 2024

It’s nearly four years since we last conducted our sector-wide Wellbeing survey and we’re proud to announce that it is back for Mental Health Awareness Week 2024.

Even in 2020, during the very worst of the COVID19 pandemic, there were reasons to be optimistic as employers were investing more resources in the wellbeing of their staff.

Fast forward to today, and countless businesses have failed, and many thousands of livelihoods have been impacted by the cost-of-living crisis which can result in severe mental health challenges. We’re interested to see how the wellbeing landscape has changed since over the last few years.

We plan to make this survey an annual event during May’s Mental Health Awareness Week so we can benchmark and challenge ourselves and the wider sector to support the wonderful people who have made hospitality their profession.

Please take five minutes to anonymously share your thoughts on the state of wellbeing in our sector.

As a thank you for taking part we’re happy to send you a copy of the results, but please be assured that your email address won’t be associated with your survey answers.

Please also share our survey far and wide across your business and wider professional network, the more people who take part the better.

THE SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED.

Thanks to the hundreds of people who took part in our survey. We'll be sharing the results in early July.
