Winter Chefs' Dinner.
Monday 12 October - 6pm – 11pm.
Our most anticipated event of the year: the 2026 Winter Chefs’ Dinner, returns. Expect a glittering evening of exquisite food, world-class chefs and fundraising to support those in hospitality who’ve fallen on hard times.
This year, we are thrilled to host our flagship event at Pan Pacific London, one of the capital's most luxurious 5 star hotels.
On the night, exceptional chefs will come together to create two stunning tasting menus, each preparing a unique course to create a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
Meet The Chefs.

Born in Sri Lanka, Larry attended culinary school in Devon, before going on to train and work under some of Britain and France’s most acclaimed chefs in inimitable 1, 2 and 3* establishments.
Larry has been awarded the Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year 2016 and the Fortnum & Mason Food & Drink Awards Special Award in 2021 for charity work during the pandemic, prior to opening The Cocochine in March 2024.

Ben Murphy began his career under renowned chef Pierre Koffmann before refining his skills in some of France’s most celebrated Michelin-starred kitchens.
Known for his seasonal, ingredient-led cooking, he became Chef Patron of Launceston Place in 2021, won National Chef of the Year 2023, led dining at Wimbledon’s Rosewater Pavilion, and recently opened 74 Charlotte Street by Ben Murphy to widespread acclaim.

Husband-and-wife duo, Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich co-founded Middle Eastern restaurants and delis including Honey & Co. Lamb’s Conduit Street, Honey & Co. Daily and Honey & Co. Studio, part deli, part gallery and creative event space. Their ever-evolving family of restaurants now also includes the newly launched Honey & Co. Great Portland, an all-day deli, wine bar and dining room.
The couple have written five cookbooks, the latest, Honey & Co. Daily: Easy Food for Your Everyday Pleasure, published in May 2026. Sarit writes regularly for FT Weekend and The Guardian and co-hosts the podcast Honey & Co: The Food Sessions.

Kostas Papathanasiou’s career has taken him from Michelin-starred kitchens including The Fat Duck, The Ledbury and Frantzén to senior roles with chef Jason Atherton and internationally acclaimed restaurants across Europe and Asia.
Now Culinary Director at Lita, he combines technical precision, creativity and leadership, helping the restaurant retain its Michelin star in 2026.

Ben Murphy, Head Chef, 74 Charlotte Street says:
“Hospitality Action (HA) is a charity that’s very close to my heart, so when the invitation came to return to the Winter Chefs’ Dinner, saying yes was easy. I had the pleasure of cooking at the 2023 event and am absolutely delighted to return. Having also supported HA through running the London Marathon, I’ve seen first-hand the incredible difference their work makes to people across our industry, and it’s an honour to play a small part in helping raise vital funds. I’m looking forward to cooking alongside such a talented group of chefs and helping create what promises to be a memorable evening.”
