Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, and with it the launch of our annual Taking the Temperature Mental Health & Wellbeing Survey, in association with Agilysys.
Now recognised as a key industry benchmark, the survey gives a voice to those working across hospitality, highlighting real challenges and opportunities to improve wellbeing at work. By taking part, you’ll help us better understand what matters most and where support is needed.
With helpline calls and financial assistance requests at an all-time high, the survey provides critical insights to build a clearer picture of the evolving challenges faced by hospitality workers. Understanding the industry’s mental health and wellbeing has never been more critical, so your input really matters.
