Following the launch of the event last year, Simon Rogan’s chef’s table, Aulis London, will return to host its second annual 20/20/20 charity dinner on Sunday 27th September, with an ambition to exceed last year’s astonishing total of £33,593 raised for Hospitality Action.
Organised and hosted by Oli Marlow, Rogan’s global executive chef, the event's name references 20 chefs, 20 courses and a £20 charity raffle ticket.
With each chef delivering one snack or small plate, cooked and served directly in front of guests, the evening will bring together some of the UK’s most talented industry names.

Hopeful attendees will be invited to have their chance to dine at this exclusive event by purchasing raffle tickets, with five lucky ticket holders and their chosen guest (10 covers in total) selected at random. New for this year's event, there will also be one ticket (two seats) up for grabs awarded to the highest bidder in a silent raffle auction.
Oli comments: “I created 20/20/20 last year as a fun way to raise money for Hospitality Action, a charity that means a lot to us at Aulis and provides invaluable support to people working in the restaurant industry. Last year’s event was a success in so many ways; we raised much needed funds for Hospitality Action and brought together some incredible chefs for a very special evening. At the end of the day, it’s about getting great chefs in one room, cooking together and raising as much money as we can for a brilliant charity.”
Mark Lewis, chief executive of Hospitality Action adds: "We're thrilled to see 20/20/20 return for a second year, giving even more people the chance to experience what promises to be another unforgettable evening. With both a raffle and a silent auction, there are more opportunities than ever to be part of this extraordinary event while helping Hospitality Action support people across our industry when they need us most. We're incredibly grateful to Oli Marlow and the entire Aulis team for their continued generosity and commitment. Having seen the magic of 20/20/20 first-hand last year, I can honestly say it's an evening not to be missed."
Raffle tickets and bidding for the Silent Auction for the 20/20/20 event are available here, opening on 4th August and closing at 12pm on 11th September. Raffle Tickets are priced at £20 with no limit on ticket purchases, whilst the starting bid for the Silent Auction is £100. All money raised will go directly to Hospitality Action.
The evening will include a 20-course menu served by the chefs and all accompanying drinks.
