For the first time ever, the hospitality industry is stepping into the ring! Hospitality Fight Night, the pioneering white-collar boxing event supporting Hospitality Action, makes its high-impact debut at the Royal National Hotel on 16 March 2026, in partnership with Imperial London Hotels.
This black-tie evening will welcome 450 industry leaders and executives, from operators to suppliers, for a spectacular night of high-energy boxing and entertainment, in our honour.
The event will feature six bouts with 12 Hospitality Fight Night warriors representing every corner of the industry, from chefs to general managers. Each boxer will complete a free ten-week professional boxing training camp before stepping into the ring.
Beyond the action, guests will enjoy a champagne reception, three-course gourmet dinner, and a live auction offering exclusive experiences and gifts, with all proceeds supporting the our vital work.
With over 30 individuals already registered for the training camp starting in January 2026, there are still three ways to get involved:
1. Book a table for team and experience the night live.
2. Sponsor the event and help make this an unforgettable inaugural evening.
3. Join as a fighter and raise funds for a charity of your choice.
“This is more than just boxing; it’s a chance for our industry to come together, support a fantastic cause, and prove that when we step into the ring—literally or figuratively—we fight hard for each other. I also love that our boxers are going on an incredible health and fitness journey.” said Paul Gilley, Event Director.
The UK Hospitality industry is currently facing significant challenges. Rising operational costs, new tax pressures, and an increased National Living Wage have placed real strain on businesses, with 64,000 hospitality jobs lost in the last two months alone, industry events that unite and fundraise are more important than ever.
“Each person has their own reason for getting involved, and it’s fantastic to see the hospitality community come together to support such an important cause. This event is about prioritising health and wellbeing while standing behind Hospitality Action, whose 24/7 support continues to make a real difference.” said Neil Braude, Group Operations Officer of Imperial London Hotels.
“We’re honoured to have been chosen as the headline beneficiary of the Hospitality Fight Night. The money raised will help support hospitality people in crisis who are fighting poverty, illness and poor mental health. We look forward to cheering on our industry fighters as they test their skills and resilience in the ring.” said Mark Lewis, Chief Executive of Hospitality Action.
