2023 sees the return of Hospitality Action’s Winter Chefs’ Dinner in London, for 400 guests. This year it will be held at luxury 5* hotel, Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. We’ve assembled a culinary line-up for the ages.
Three of our chef patrons, Jason Atherton, Atul Kochhar, and Vivek Singh, will be joined by four of the prime movers on the London restaurant scene: Tom Booton, Adam Handling, Anna Haugh, and Ben Murphy; along with one of the world’s pre-eminent pastry chefs, Claire Clark MBE.
Dishes on the night include Cod Scotch Egg, warm tartar, cucumber and N25 caviar from Chef Tom Booton, and Khari Paneer Tikka, wild mushroom salad and truffle from Chef Atul Kochhar, plus many more surprises.
Atul Kochhar, Chef Patron, Kanishka by Atul Kochhar and Hospitality Action Patron commented, “Hospitality can be a stressful place to work. Thankfully our trade charity, Hospitality Action, is here to provide help, advice and support to all hospitality people when times get tough. I am honoured to be cooking at the Winter Chefs’ Dinner to support their crucial work.”
Icelandic Glacial™, winners of the Zenith Global Water Drinks Award 2022, are Gold Sponsors of this year’s Winter Chefs’ Dinner.
Paul Kincaid, Managing Director UK & Ireland, said, “We’re incredibly proud to be supporting the Winter Chefs’ Dinner. Being fairly new to the UK market, we quickly became aware of the great work of Hospitality Action and are delighted to be helping them with their mission to support all those who work or have worked within hospitality in the UK”.
Icelandic Glacial™ have provided water for both the Winter Chefs’ Dinner and William Baxter CBE Golf Day in addition to their cash sponsorship. A heartfelt thanks goes out to sponsors like Icelandic Glacial™ who help us to support more people within the hospitality industry who are facing crisis.
