We are hoping to recruit a well-connected hospitality hero to join our Business Development team for around a year to cover a maternity leave.

The Partnerships Manager will attract new clients/supporters and nurture existing clients/ supporters of Hospitality Action with a focus on developing long-term partnerships to grow revenue across the full EAP and fundraising product lines.

It’s a full-time, hybrid role working partly from our Clerkenwell office, partly from home, plus visiting clients and attending events.

As well as building one-to-one relationships with prospective clients, you’ll also be called upon to represent Hospitality Action at various industry events and functions flying the flag for our great charity.

About you.

You’re a go-getter with an impressive contacts list of hospitality operators. You may have worked in a similar role before, or you may be an HR or operations person looking for a new direction. No matter what you’ll be a people person.

Experience of Employee Assistance Programmes or wellness products would be great, but not essential, as would experience of corporate fundraising. What’s most important is a burning desire to see organisations succeed by placing the wellness of their workforce at the heart of their business, you’ll be an advocate for respectful and caring workplaces.

About us.

The last three years has been unprecedented for Hospitality Action. We’ve helped thousands of people get back on their feet after the pandemic and cost-of-living crisis. We have transformed our fundraising product mix, and we’ve grown our Employee Assistance Programme in the most difficult of times. We have exciting plans to accelerate our growth further in the next couple of years and this role plays a vital part in that mission.

We are a caring and flexible employer with a great package on offer. This role will pay around £37-40k with scope to earn a performance related bonus on completion of a probationary period. The initial engagement is for one year, ideally starting in March or April.

To apply please fill in the form below telling us why you want the role and attaching your CV. Or, to arrange an informal chat email craig@workwithmum.com

Closing date for applications: 10/03/23

Proud to be working with.
