February 11, 2021 | Author: Giuliana Vittiglio

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new cook book, Chefs at Home.  The cook book is a collection of lockdown recipes from 54 of the UK’s most-loved chefs, direct from their homes to yours, and is available to pre-order right now!

Chefs and top supporters including Jamie Oliver, Tom Kerridge, Raymond Blanc and Angela Hartnett, have contributed to this unique collection of home-cooked recipes, in our honour, to mark the one-year anniversary of the first national Covid-19 lockdown.

Chefs at Home, published by Jon Croft Editions and distributed by Bloomsbury Publishing, is a compilation of the dishes our nation’s most renowned chefs prepared at home with their own families when there were limited ingredients on the shelves and queues at supermarkets. This simple, accessible and nourishing collection of recipes will be published on March 18th and 100% of all royalties will be donated to HA but there’s no need to wait as you can pre-order your copy here.

Our Principal Patron Jason Atherton has contributed two delicious recipes to the book and says: “When lockdown began in March 2020, we all felt a deep sense of loss, but this was tempered by the joy of spending precious time at home with our families. Behind our closed doors, we all did what we do best: we cooked. And cooked. So, when Hospitality Action asked us to contribute to Chefs at Home, we had lists of recipes as long as your arm to offer up. All the dishes in this book were conceived and cooked with love: think butties, Monster Munch and mash, not foams, soils and emulsions.”

If you want to expand your culinary repertoire or you’re looking for the perfect gift our beautiful Chefs at Home cook book is a real and authentic collection of recipes by the UK’s leading chefs in support of our hospitality brothers and sisters.
