Following on from the incredible response to his Mise en Doodle 1.0, Sat Bains at 2 Michelin Star Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham, has created version 2.0. just in time for Christmas!

Sat wanted something he’d be proud to carry, travel with, have on his desk or next to him in the kitchen. Something simple yet beautiful, no fobs, buckles or fiddly bits. Each is signed by Sat alongside a doodle to inspire and get you in a creative mood.
