The Hospitality Action Christmas culinary extravaganza returns to London’s Chino Latino within the Park Plaza London Riverbank on Monday 25th November. The chef line-up features an abundance of awards and the evening promises to be a cracker, guaranteed to get you in the festive spirit.

2019 chef line-up:

James Cochran – Restaurant 12:51

2 AA rosettes and Banquet Winner on BBC2’s Great British Menu 2018.

Frédéric Don – sketch

Executive Head Chef for three of sketch’s restaurants: the Gallery, the Glade and the Parlour.

Phil Howard – Elystan Street

One Michelin Star, 3 AA rosettes.

Ben Tish – Norma

Opened in September 2019 to critical acclaim.

Our friends at Taittinger will ensure the champagne flows throughout the reception with canapés prepared by Werner Seebach, Group Executive Chef at Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel.

Phil Howard will kick-off proceedings with a delicious beetroot starter followed by an exquisite fish dish by James Cochran. Frédéric Don will take over the reins to prepare the seasonal mains before Ben Tish rounds off the evening with a Sicilian inspired dessert. Bellissimo!
