With 750 exhibitors and an array of exciting and informative attractions Hotelympia (5th – 8th March) is the destination event for anyone in the food service and hospitality industry. For over 82 years, Hotelympia has stood at the forefront of hospitality innovation, bringing thousands of businesses and buyers to market and championing one of the UK’s most vibrant industries.

This year Hotelympia will return with four brand new shows, providing a platform for restaurants, hotels, pubs, casual dining and contract caterers to meet, review and source from the finest suppliers available in the market.

At the heart of Hotelympia, La Parade des Chefs will be operating two fully-operational restaurants of 100 covers each, where eight competing teams of chefs will cook for visitors and their guests. A donation to Hospitality Action and Just a Drop will be made per meal served for which we are very grateful.
