Le Tour de Cuisine, Cotswold Cycle Challenge 2020

Coronavirus Statement 11/03/20.

We are following the Department of Health’s advice in relation to the spread of the Corona Virus. At this time we are planning to run a full event schedule subject to appropriate risk assessments. We will continue to review our events programme and act accordingly in line with government recommendations.

We are delighted to announce our sixth annual Le Tour de Cuisine, Cotswold Cycle Challenge, kindly hosted by Calcot.

Over 250 hoteliers, restaurateurs and industry professionals will take on the roads of the spectacular north Cotswolds countryside on Monday 8th June. Starting and finishing at charming Calcot there are four cycle routes to choose from.

The short ride (20 miles) is perfect for those who fancy a leisurely cycle; for those who are up for more of a challenge, there are two mid-routes to choose from (40 and 60 miles); and if these are not tough enough, then the long route (100 miles) might be more to your flavour!

The day will start with breakfast and registration, we will boost your energy along the routes at feeding stations at Whatley Manor Hotel & Spa, The Castle Inn pub, Castle Combe and Barnsley Village Hall. We will round the day off with a celebration at Calcot with a glass of Champagne Taittinger, kindly donated by Hatch Mansfield and a tasty BBQ & pizza spread. Everything on the day will be complimentary for all the participants thanks to the kind sponsorship of Creed Foodservice, The Protein Ball Co., Lucozade Ribena Suntory Limited, Belu Water, Total Produce and of course our generous hosts at Calcot. We guarantee you will enjoy the ride, the breath-taking scenery and will experience generous and warm hospitality including a free leg massage to help you unwind at the end.

To secure your place, each rider will need to complete the booking form below and pay a £40 non-refundable Registration Fee. We ask everyone taking on this cycle challenge to pledge a minimum of £100 sponsorship (not including Gift Aid).

If you are feeling sociable join our Pasta Supper on Sunday 7th June, kindly organised by Calcot as part of Social Sunday with all the funds raised donated to HA. Please make sure you reserve your place and pay £25 per person for a three course supper, drinks not included, at the time of registration.
