What is an Employee Assistance Programme....

And why you need one.

An Employee Assistance Programme – or EAP for short – enables employees to access to confidential, expert, support and advice 24/7 to support their wellbeing and help prevent issues turning to crisis.

Ours is a wraparound package of expert care for your entire workforce, designed specifically with hospitality people in mind.

The best EAPs (like ours) provide enhanced support to managers who often, help an employee make the first step to ask for help.

A subscription to Hospitality Action's EAP is the best and most cost effective step you can take to protect your employee wellbeing today.

Why choose Hospitality Action’s EAP?

Hospitality Action’s EAP was created by hospitality people, for hospitality people, and already supports over 190,000 industry professionals.

Hospitality Action has over 185 years’ experience of helping hospitality people, meaning we are uniquely placed to understand and resolve the specific issues they face at work and in their personal lives.

Our EAP has been tailor-made to support the industry we serve. It addresses key issues such as stress relating to long hours, and split shifts; financial pressures stemming from the current cost-of-living crisis; and addictive behaviours linked to the proximity of alcohol and substances.

All of our specialist support is independent, confidential and available for an annual cost of just £5.95 + VAT per employee with a one-off establishment fee in your first year of subscription.

We can also offer payment options for businesses with a small work force. Whatever the problem, our clinicians are here to help 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

Uniquely among EAP providers, should a hardship grant be required by any recipients of EAP support, we’re able to point them towards our grant-giving team, for consideration for financial support via a grant which does not have to be repaid.
