From exclusive dinners in some of our country’s finest restaurants to the ultimate team building day at our renowned It’s a Knockout Challenge to the annual Hospitality Action Ball, an occasion not to be missed, our events are a guaranteed good time. They are the perfect way to entertain clients, network with industry figures or treat yourself and your colleagues, while crucially raising vital funds for the charity.

Charity Polo Day, Gloucestershire, Sunday September 12th
Beaufort Polo Club is a small and friendly club set alongside Westonbirt Arboretum in a spectacularly beautiful part of Britain. The tranquillity of the surrounding area with its beautiful vista of trees is a stark contrast to the speed and excitement of the game of polo itself, which is one of the most thrilling sports to play and watch.
Hospitality Action is delighted to offer you the chance to get involved in this truly spectacular day, which will be attended by many of the hospitality industry’s finest.
The day begins with a Champagne reception on the lawns of the Beaufort Polo Club before a 3 course lunch prepared by the Calcot Event Catering team and includes half a bottle of wine per person. Grandstand seats will be reserved for you and your guests to watch the Sidebottom Cup polo match. The day ends with a traditional afternoon tea served in the marquee.
Individual tickets £90 per person or £850 for a table of ten. Price includes: Day Membership with Grandstand seats, Car Pass, Polo Match Programme, Drinks Reception, 3 Course Lunch including half a bottle of wine per person, Afternoon Tea
