A fantastic night was had by all those who attended the Hotel & Catering Essential Show Dinner on March 16th down in Bournemouth. The delicious first course, prepared by Steve Groves, BBC MasterChef Professional Winner 2009, ensured the evening got off to a great start. Hospitality Action patron Brian Turner was in attendance as well as top supporters Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala. A big thank you to everyone who attended and helped raise a phenomenal £5,000!
