Hospitality Action Chairman Fred Barnes has stepped down after two successful years in the role. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Fred who has been a real asset to the charity and with great pleasure that we welcome William Baxter of BaxterStorey as his successor. William received a CBE this year in recognition of his contribution to the hospitality industry and we look forward to having him aboard!
HA is also please to announce the introduction of three brand new trustees. Each has immense experience and knowledge of the industry and we are delighted to welcome each of them! They are; Matt Johnson Managing Director of Bunzl Catering, Tracey Rogers Managing Director of Unilever Foodsolutions and Bob Walton President of The Restaurant Association. It is also with great sadness that we say goodbye to outgoing trustee Peter Barrett. Peter has been a trustee for a number of years and has worked tirelessly in his support of HA. We wish Peter all the best for the future and are indebted to his hard work over the years.
